SELFY partners from APPLUS+ IDIADA attended the 29th ITS World Congress celebrated from 16th – 20th of October in the Suzhou International Expo Center (Suzhou, China).
Manel Rodríguez, project partner and Automotive Cybersecurity Engineer at APPLUS+ IDIADA, participated in the session “Availability, quality and visualization of data & new type detectors and sensors”. During the session he presented the paper “Audit Box: vehicle assessment and jamming attack detection in CCAM environments”, authored by SELFY partners Eurecat and APPLUS+IDIADA. The paper introduces the SELFY Audit Box, a tool informing the VSOC if a vulnerability in any circulating vehicle or a jamming attack situation in a specific area of the city has been encountered.
The Audit Box is one of the technologies that will be included in the SELFY toolbox, helping to address continuous assessments of the robustness and resilience of CCAM solutions against cyberattacks, malfunctions, misuses or failures of the systems.
The ITS World Congress, launched by the International Organization of Intelligent Transportation in America, Europe and the Asian-Pacific region, is one of the most influential comprehensive international congresses in the field of intelligent transportation systems and a great platform to share experiences and technology exchange.
