Kevin Gomez, project partner from CARISSMA – Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI), presented the SELFY project during a research seminar organised by the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU University) celebrated last 3rd of July in Erlangen (Germany).
The seminar included the participation of doctoral students, postdocs, and professors with a research focus on digital forensics and cyber-security aspects.
During the session, Kevin Gomez showcased the project and discussed various cyber-security and automotive digital forensics challenges and opportunities in Cooperative Connected Autonomous Mobility (CCAM) environments. Partners from the project discovered new research topics which allowed further specification of the VSOC developed by THI in the context of the SELFY project.
THI, which has a large experience in the area of vehicle security and safety, is involved in the SELFY project being responsible of the validation of the project results as well as of the design of the vehicle security operations centre.
