The SELFY project was represented during the eMobility Expo & World Congress, the global conference on sustainable mobility, taking place from 13th – 15th of February in Valencia (Spain).
Eurecat, the project’s coordinator, attended the event and showcased SELFY as one of its key research and innovation projects promoting a more sustainable, proficient and competitive mobility and transport sector.
Additionally, project materials were distributed and a demonstration explaining the general concept and the main objective of the SELFY project was prepared and showcased in the Eurecat’s own booth.
The SELFY project is developing an innovative toolbox to improve the resilience of the Cooperative Connected Automated Mobility (CCAM) sector. The solution to be developed by the project aims to promote an improvement of the effectiveness rate in detection of vulnerable vehicles and security breaches, as well as an increasement of the mitigation rate.
During the congress, Eurecat also presented the European project MARBEL, coordinated by the centre and developing an innovative and competitive lightweight battery for electric and hybrid vehicles, together with BATTECH, a flagship centre designed to cover the whole of Southern Europe’s battery ecosystem R&D&I created by Eurecat and IREC, and H2CAT, the green hydrogen innovation network in Catalonia.
The eMobility World Congress is an international conference providing the most relevant and influential platform for the future of mobility where attendants can present the latest insights about sustainable mobility and discuss about future challenges and trends of the sector.
