The SELFY’s coordinator Eurecat presented the project during the webinar “Mind the Gaps – are we ready for mixed traffic of autonomous and human-driven vehicles?” organised by the IEEE Standards Association last 21st of March.

The SELFY project was represented during the 2nd Edition of the Accessibility by Right seminars “Accessible and inclusive mobility” organised by CEAPAT, the Spanish Centre for Personal Autonomy and Technical Assistance, and celebrated last 14th of December in Madrid, Spain.
The SELFY project was presented during the 6th ACM Computer Science in Cars Symposium (CSCS) organised by the Technische Hochschule Inglostadt (THI) and celebrated last December 8th in Inglostadt, Germany.
The SELFY project coordinator Eurecat participated in the Transport Research Arena Conference (TRA2022), the largest European research and technology event on transport and mobility, taking place from 14th – 17th of November in Lisbon (Portugal).

Víctor Jiménez, project’s technical coordinator and researcher at the IT&OT Security Unit of Eurecat, participated in the Trilateral Europe-US-Japan Working Group on Automation in Road Transportation which took place virtually on November 7th.
Eurecat, the SELFY project’s coordinator, participated in the multi-cluster meeting of the Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility Association (CCAM), which took place from 24th – 25th of October in Brussels (Belgium).
Aitor Fernández, president of AEVAC and SELFY’s partner, participated in the 6th webinar of the InnovaTec project titled “Artificial Intelligence and autonomous driving” and celebrated last October 25th.
The SELFY’s coordinator Eurecat presented the project during the EARPA’s anniversary event “Driving Innovation since 20 years!”, celebrated last Wednesday 19th of October in Brussels (Belgium).
The European SELFY project is to develop a self-assessment and self-protection toolbox to enhance the security and resilience of Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) systems against potential cyber-attacks and malicious actions. This is at a time when around 50 million connected and automated cars are expected to be on the road in Europe by 2026.
Víctor Jiménez, project’s technical coordinator and researcher at the IT&OT Security of Eurecat, participated in an online International Symposium organised by the Meiji University’s Institute of Autonomous Driving on August 19th.
Joan Mas, Director of Digital Technologies Division, presented the SELFY project during the workshop “Mind the Gaps: Trustworthy AI for Autonomous Vehicles” organised by the IEEE ICAID Industry Connections on 30th of June.
The SELFY project has kicked off on June 2022 with the objective to develop a toolbox made up of collaborative solutions to improve the resilience of the Cooperative Connected Automated Mobility sector.
