SELFY partner and Vice President of Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI), Dr. -Ing. Hans-Joachim Hof, presented SELFY’s Vehicle Security Operation Center (VSOC) at the International ICT Summer School hosted by Metropolia University in Helsinki, Finland, from 5 to 23 August, 2024.
During the event, Dr. Hof led a course on “Introduction on Automotive Cybersecurity”, where he highlighted the SELFY VSOC as an excellent example for a Vehicle Security Operations Centre and an effective platform for sharing information among multiple OEMs. The course was designed for the next generation of cybersecurity engineers, promoting the transfer of the project’s research findings to the automotive industry.
The International ICT Summer School, held annually in August since 2009, is a program offering participants the chance to deepen their knowledge in a wide range of topics while connecting with peers globally and experiencing Finland.
