The SELFY Project was presented at the 42nd meeting of the ISO/TC 204 standardisation committee, held in Athens on July 23, 24 and 25, 2024.
SELFY partner David Fidalgo, vice president of AEVAC, presented the project’s objectives, use cases and standards in order to contribute to future potential standards focused on the cybersecurity.
AEVAC, the leading association in the autonomous and connected mobility sector in Spain, collaborates with the SELFY project by supporting the use cases, offering training and advising on the existence of standards applicable to the topics investigated.
The technical committee ISO/TC 204 on Intelligent transport systems focuses on standardisation of information, communication and control systems in the field of urban and rural surface transportation, including intermodal and multimodal aspects thereof, traveller information, traffic management, public transport, commercial transport, emergency services and commercial services in the intelligent transport systems (ITS) field.
