SELFY partner and Vice President of Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI), Dr. -Ing. Hans-Joachim Hof, presented SELFY’s Vehicle Security Operation Center (VSOC) and toolbox at CXO Conclave, held in Munich, Germany, on May 27th, 2024.
The presentation, titled as “Driving into the Future: Engineering Advanced Cybersecurity”, was part of an industry expert session that delved into the latest advancements in cybersecurity strategies. The SELFY’s VSOC and toolbox was showcased as a solution to improve the resilience and security of the Cooperative Connected Automated Mobility (CCAM) sector.
The SELFY project is developing a toolbox of collaborative solutions against cyber-attacks, malfunction, misuse or failure in CCAM-enabled systems. The innovative solutions proposed by the project integrate technological and cybersecurity approaches, such as the fusion of data from heterogeneous sensors, intrusion and cyber-attack detection systems based on algorithms, and Artificial Intelligence, as well as information and knowledge sharing. Within the project framework, Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) is in charge for validation of the project results as well as for the design of the Vehicle Security Operations Center (VSOC).
CXO Conclave, organized by TechM in partnership with Azure, held exclusives discussions about the transformative impact of technology on modern enterprises, focusing on the integration of AI and cloud technologies across various sectors. The event brought together C-level executives of the automotive domain to discuss current topics on automotive cybersecurity and generative AI.
